First Dark Mark and TRS talk about the interview they had just taped, the Men of Triathlon calendar that Mark is trying to get in, what it's like working from home, Team TRS, the upcoming TRS draft, and Mark introduces a new segment called "Too Terrible for Twitter". Then, they interview Ironman Florida Champion, Lionel Sanders, and his coach, Barrie Shepley. Lionel talked about the transition from drugs and partying to professional triathlon. He addressed criticism from Andrew Starykowicz regarding his alleged inability to feel pain. He then broke down his season and plans for the future. Barrie talked about the business of triathlon media and the viability (or lack thereof) of television to promote the sport and enrich the stakeholders.
