STEP #1 - MAKE RULES

The rules you make define the level of your institution. Most kids will keep them and some will break them.What then?

STEP #2 - ENFORCE THE RULES

IF SOMEONE HEALTHY BREAKS A RULE AND YOU FEEL THAT CONSEQUENCES WILL WORK TO GET THEM BACK INTO BEHAVING PROPERLY - THEN GIVE THEM THE CONSEQUENCES (THE PROPER TORAH WAY: NO ANGER, NO SHAMING, NO REJECTION, ETC.)

STEP 3: SPECIAL TREATMENT

IF NORMAL TORAH CONSEQUENCES DO NOT WORK - THEN THIS 'PATIENT' REQUIRES 'SPECIAL CARE' WHICH CAN BE INSTITUTED WITH PROPER WISDOM.

- IT WILL NOT BRING DOWN OTHER BOYS IF DONE PROPERLY.

- IT WILL NOT RUIN THE REPUTATION OF THE SCHOOL

- TREAT THE STRUGGLING SOULS WITH THE PROVEN 'MEDICATION' OF EXTRA WARMTH, LOVE, DEVOTION, DEDICATION AND WORK WITH THEM (NOT AGAINST THEM) AND NOT ONLY WILL YOU SAVE THEM, BUT YOU WILL TURN THEM INTO YOUR MOST DEDICATED STUDENTS AND YOUR GREATEST ASSETS TO YOUR INSTITUTION. THIS CAN SAVE NEARLY ALL TROUBLED SOULS.
