Some days you just don't have it... then what do you do??

Well today we have a simple answer....anti-crank.

Here at UAK it's not secret we love to work hard and heavy

But somedays you just don't have have it:

"it" being time or your body just can't get up to speed.

Well I have those days occasionally so I thought I'd share my fix with you today.

Because the easy route is to just call a day and do nothing but.. that's the easy route and we don't typically do easy here.

The under-layer is that by not 'cranking' with approriate programming we can bring in things like:

Instability

Complexity

Mobility

Which is exactly what we do in today's WOD

The other little beauty of today's WOD is that if you had the right size of kettlebell for me that's a probably around a 24kg that you can to do the whole WOD with 1 kettlebell and that my friend is a picture of programming efficiency.

I call this WOD Anti-Crank
