Today you are getting a double-header WOD that

features 2 awesome Ultimate Sandbag WODs

if you don't have USB's yet I would strongly

recommend it as the synergy between USBs

and KBs is fantastic.....of course you could

just ignore this if you aren't interested.

PS --- there'll be duplicate of the work using

KB's in very near future.

Get Alpha Snatch 6 Weeks to aStrongKettlebellSnatch

This was a little piece that was inpired by the crew over at Power-Speed- Endurance.

I put a little twist on it in to accommodate my goals for training and time as well as in true UAK fashion to take a more athletic approach for straight line linear training.

So we've chosen to aggressively challenge stability both in regards to instability of the training implement i.e. the USB as well as instability of body position i.e. but doing TRX burpees.

This a nasty little condensed (hence the title every time I hear the word condensed I think of condensed OJ)

That shouldn't take much more that 15 mins.

The secondary beauty with this WOD are the benefits of:

Challenging hip mobility in the bottom position

As well as

Challenging the ability produce single leg power along with sticking that landing.

So without further ado I give you

The WOD I call OJ

3Rd for time with 20:00 minute time cap

1 Medium to Medium Heavy USB

USB Clean & Press x 10

TRX Burpee x 10/10
