Many health and wellness providers would like to provide nutrition counseling, but a number of states prohibit the practice unless you are a licensed dietitian. Meet Jonathan Posey, Founder and Executive Director of the Holistic Health Council and the Foundation of Holistic Health Education. Jonathan works tirelessly to fight state laws that prohibit unlicensed persons from giving nutritional advice, which is a huge contribution to the holistic health and health coaching community. In this podcast, Jonathan talks with Barbara to discuss why he founded his nonprofit organization and some interesting cases and stories about state laws that prevent access to holistic health practitioners.
