Today’s guest is Brad Varsava, an enthusiastic practitioner of the ancient Indian martial art of Shastar Vidya. His teacher is Nidar Singh Nihang, the last living master of this incredible weapon system that stands back centuries.
Brad will explain how he became a Sikh and how he became involved in teaching Shastar Vidya within his community in Brampton, Ontario, as well as elaborating on the religion itself and its history.
