This week, I talk about my progress weaning off Zoloft. I recently jumped from 50 mg to 25 mg, with zero negative side effects. It has however taken me eleven months to go from 150 mg to 25 mg. Exercise has been helping me feel good. So has Buddhism. I recently finished Pema Chodron's When Things Fall Apart and I feel forever changed. Show notes are available at PPDadventures.com.
