As the truth becomes more apparent in our lives, we are faced with a choice. Either push forward, further into the challenge or stay safe, comfortable, and miserable. I've come to understand through my experience that the pain and misery must be remembered and used as fuel. You have to use that torment to make you angry enough to take action. Courage lies in the hearts of every single person on this Earth. You must cultivate your pain and transmute it into a purpose that gives back to humanity. If you do not act on your ambition, that feeling, that desire to be great that is instilled in every one of us; it is going to eat away at you until you start moving. Choose your direction and move!
My goal for you listening to this podcast is to reprogram your mind. All you have to do is choose a few episodes from this channel and listen to them daily. Specifically, listen to this motivational content before you go to bed and as you wake up in the morning.
Here are the steps I took to reprogram my mind.
1. Trade music and television for audiobooks and motivational content. ie. this podcast!
2. Do this worksheet. Write out 30 things you want to be, 30 things you want to have, and 30 things to do.
3. Download Jake's sleep hypnosis, and if you want hypnosis specifically for overcoming addiction, I created one you can download for free here.
