Jan is a qualified Personal Trainer, Fitness Coach, Master Practitioner of NLP, and a Clinical Hypnotherapist.

She specializes in creating fitness transformation programs for professional women over the age of 50.

Jan herself began her fitness journey at the age of sixty after having been in the workforce for many years at a desk job.

She changed her nutrition and set a goal to lose weight and now she feels fantastic and most of all free!

Her own experience has given her much of the knowledge needed to be a key resource to helping others
