Similar to many new mums during this time, Sophie has had to navigate life with a newborn during lockdown without the help of family members who reside in different states.
Sophie opens up about opting for a C-section due to birth anxiety, baby Flo's unexpected trip to emergency after she stopped breathing, and how she met her Harry Potter look-alike husband.
Sophie keeps it real in this episode about having to quash her anxiety in relation to Flo's health and the need to just "take the pressure down" (thanks Farnsy hehe).
