How would it feel to be happy, healthy and fit? To love what you see when you look in the mirror? To wear a tiny bikini and have your significant other think, "dang, what a hottie!"
Write down your vision in vivid detail to look back on as a motivator.
In this episode, we talked about how your thoughts control your reality. Often, an emotion leads to a line of thinking which leads to actions which impact the end result.
We must ask ourselves... is this thinking productive? Is it helping me get to the end result I want to achieve?
If it's not, cut it out.
If we're not careful, our thoughts can hold us back and sabotage our ability to achieve our health and fitness goals. The truth is...
If one woman on earth has been able to do something extraordinary, then so can you.
We talked about our tendency to outsource our power to others. So then if things don't go our way, we have someone else to blame.
We want to encourage you to claim your power and take full responsibility for the trajectory of your life and the results you produce along the way.
