What to Do: Perform a random act of kindness.
Daily Practice: Today, you'll have the opportunity to brighten someone's day through a simple act of kindness. The focus is on making a positive impact on another person's life, even in a small way.
Top 5 Activities for Today:
- Pay It Forward: In the spirit of today's practice, consider paying for the person behind you in the drive-thru or coffee shop. You can choose to do this anonymously and leave a note with a kind message.
- Help a Neighbor: Reach out to a neighbor, especially if you know they might need assistance. Offer to help carry groceries, shovel snow, or perform any small tasks that could make their day easier.
- Send a Thoughtful Message: Take a few minutes to send a kind and uplifting message to a friend or family member. Let them know you're thinking of them and appreciate their presence in your life.
