Sometimes illness can be our body's way of communicating that we need rest.
That's been the case for me this week and as difficult as it's been to heal, it's been a powerful reminder of just how good rest can feel.
Have you been listening to your body? What might it be trying to tell you?
Today's meditation is about tuning into your body and remembering that resting is a productive activity too.
