One of my favorite ways to relief stress is to meditate. Some people might be intimidated by meditation because they have no idea what they need to do. The top 3 things you need to begin your meditation practice is 10 to 20 minutes, a quite/semi-dark space and a willingness to try and forget your propblem for a few minutes daily. Meditation is simple and it is practice, meaning that you get better as you practice meditation frequently. Meditation helps me to be more present and become a calmer individual. I know if you begin a meditation practice that you'll be happier as you incorporate into your daily practice. So listen as I discusss my meditation practice and how you can being your own.
