On this episode of Girls Gone Wellness, we're thrilled to welcome Dr. Annaleeza Caputi, ND, a Naturopathic Doctor and women's health advocate whose clinical practice focuses on women's health and hormones. Today, she chats with us all about optimizing fertility and why we should care about our fertility even if kids are not on the agenda anytime soon.

Dr. Annaleeza Caputi, ND is dedicated to educating and empowering women to take control of their healthcare and make informed, evidence-based decisions to meet their goals. A graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, she believes that you don't need to feel limited by your health.

Her recent passion and focus on fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum care came from her own experience as a first-time mom to two beautiful twins. Dr. Caputi aims to close the gap for mothers in an underperforming healthcare system and provide the support they deserve through their motherhood journey.

In today’s episode, we covered how to know if you're fertile and how to better understand your cycle in the context of fertility. We also discussed how to prep your body for conception, infertility, birth control, irregular periods, having babies later in life, environmental toxins, and debunked some of the wildest fertility myths out there. Whether you're looking to enhance your understanding of fertility or seeking practical advice, this episode offers invaluable information to support your journey toward optimal well-being.
