In this episode, We are talking all about your gallbladder health and perimenopause. This is a really under discussed, overlooked area of our health at any point in our life, but most definitely when we're starting to experience an increase in hormonal symptoms, inflammation, digestive issues, you know, bowel issues, skin issues, energy, weight loss, all of the above. It's something that I see really often in my clients.

In the last couple of years, what I recognized is that there was a direct correlation with, liver stagnation and signs of liver toxicity, or maybe not even toxicity, but just sluggish liver activity, meaning that the liver was not able to do the job that it was meant to do as well. Therefore, we were starting to have some upstream and downstream impact in terms of side effects or symptoms, rather, and the role that the gallbladder was playing in that.

It's very difficult to work on one without working on the other and making sure that they are equally supported, because the liver and the gallbladder, they are working within one another and depend on the health of each other.

Let’s dive in!
