Whatever arises, don’t believe, don’t disbelieve, and don’t look away. It’s a way of talking about the three poisons. What you see is empty of qualities. Don’t add on your interpretation. Don’t elaborate on anything. When you elaborate on anything you actually abandon the genuine presence of whatever is there.
