Baby step 1: BE MINDFUL OF THE CONTENT YOU'RE CONSUMING!

You will not heal if you are consuming shit that doesn't make you feel good. You will not improve if you are reading about how bad PMDD SUCKS! You will not heal if you are watching show's that make you feel bad.

Want to begin the healing process... be mindful of what you consume!
