This episode shares how to let go of work obligations when you are off the clock or on vacation. This time of year kids are out of school and many of you will be taking time off from work so you can spend time with your family and friends. You will learn practical ways that you can use mindfulness to slow down as you transition from a working mode to down time. Following the talk there will be a guided meditation which will include a poem by Mary Oliver at the close.
