My special guest today is author, speaker & licensed marriage & family therapist Melody Murray who shares how to heal & recover from childhood grief, loss & trauma & has written a new book called "Mourning The Living - When The Loved One You've Lost Is Still Living"

Melody discussed her own family of origin toxic patterns & battles with family members which her book is based on who struggled with untreated addictions, mental illness & the toxic behaviors she was exposed to and how she was able to find the strength, resilience & agency to practice healthy boundary settings so she could finally feel safe again & care for her inner child as her own loving parent.
