I'm so honored to welcome you to my new Adult Child In Recovery Podcast where I’ll be introducing you to healing experts in the field of energy healing, neuroscience, metaphysics & mind/body modalities to empower you to unburden your inner child’s first 18 years, 72 seasons & 6,570 days of childhood pain & shame as a result of being raised in dysfunctional homes where you often had to walk on eggshells.
I’m a Reiki Master, Divine Channel, Ascension Teacher & Mentor for Empaths so although I’ve been on this healing path for what feels like forever, this is my first Podcast & I was thrilled to invite my good friend & host of the Sovereign Empath show Zachary Michael to sit with me in conversation about how to empower sensitive empaths to t only own their intuitive gifts but how to stop leaking our life force energy away to unconscious & narcissistic energy drainers in co-dependent relationships.
Each Show will include special tips on how to practice safe & healthy boundary setting to heal our significant relationships with our kids, parents, partners or co-workers which is often challenging for highly sensitive intuitive empaths like us.
On our first show, my guest spoke about his personal struggles and difficult childhood upbringing and how he was able to overcome an often traumatic past & make peace with the harsh voices of his inner critic trusting that what happened was never his fault.
