It didn't take years. It didn't take the 50-100 sessions and 2 years that are average for talk therapy. It took me a few months to neutralize my deep traumas.

A few years ago, I embarked on my journey of overcoming trauma, and you'll hear me often talking about it. However, I rarely discuss how I achieved fast trauma recovery.

In this video, I cover the three self-healing methods I used to start detaching myself from my trauma and neutralize its effects. Despite having experienced deep trauma, I was able to do it quickly. I'm excited about what you can achieve if you have "little T" trauma or past hurts and wounds you'd like to overcome.
