Why are we trying so hard to reach for something that is an unrealistic expectation, when there is no such thing as a perfect human being. We are not machines, this is not machine learning you are human.
Your realistic goal should be attainable, leaving you whole. Leaving you in a space of accomplishment and fulfillment, rather than a place of self-loathing and guilt conflict. Unrealistic expectations is a way of setting ourselves up to fail.

Keeping it all together your scrambling.
You're scrambling your body right into bad health. Step back and regroup right now, not tomorrow not later, but today right now. Because your health is your wealth.
