What relationship do you think changes the most after bariatric surgery? This might surprise you! The relationship that may change the MOST is the one you have with yourself! Think about it. Your health is way more than just a number on the scales. It’s about your entire self including your mind, body and spirit. So even though you had bariatric surgery, the focus needs to be on ALL areas of your life. This is especially true in the process of losing weight as all relationships change right along with your body. Yes, even the relationship with yourself. Dr. Connie joins me to help look at 5 ways to appreciate yourself after surgery.
