Physical, Mental and Emotional Exhaustion individually can have major impacts on us...but what if we are experiencing two or even three at a time?! In this episode I am explaining how the nervous system responds when we are physically, emotionally and/or mentally drained and why it's so important to get our nervous systems regulated for optimal health.
