Why is moderation not as alluring in the food world as the idea of "eliminate"? In this episode, I chat with licensed nutritionist and professionally trained chef Monica Reinagel, host of the long-running hit podcast Nutrition Diva.

We talk about moderation, how the constant nutrition noise we're served up by the media makes eating well confusing, and how our unique lived experiences with food can make moderation challenging. Monica's podcast was the first I ever listened to, and she shares her journey from professional opera singer to nutrition expert and podcasting diva.
