Calm AF is an energy state where you know you are in control of your feelings, moods, and thoughts AND knowing you aren’t in control of other people’s. When you learn to be calm AF, you aren’t reliant on other people being in a good mood so you can be in a good mood. If you want to actually feel calm, ease, rest, joy, happiness that is dependent on nothing outside of you, you need to learn to be Calm AF.
