Having a consistent morning routine is so effective in setting up your day in a positive way. It structures your day and gets you started on the right note. In this episode, I am walking you through my own morning routine and what I do on a daily basis to start my day. You’ll hear what I do plus my reasoning behind all of the steps to my morning routine.
