Always enjoy connecting with my buddy Coach Rich Popp (@Coach4254). His message in this post is a powerful reminder - as always, I needed to see this, before I saw it: “Our response to adversity will move us through or hold us back. Respond accordingly. Peace.” I know I need to look at the many opportunities to have it help move me forward and not always hold me back or slow me down. Remember, adversity happens all the time - no sense in helping it out by choosing to let it run us over day after day. It’s a time to learn and get better. Thanks for listening. Please take a few moments to subscribe & share this with someone, also leave a 5 Star rating on Apple Podcasts and ITunes or other services where you find this show.
