What is an addiction?
First of all, I want to enlighten you on facts about your subconscious mind. What is an addiction, after all? If you want to know how to break an addiction, the key is understanding what an "addiction" is. An addiction is nothing but a subconscious program. A bad habit you have programmed your body to know how to do better than your mind.
