This year has thrown a lot at us! The triathlon universe has been in flux. The only thing to do is keep chipping away. Create your own race within workouts and realize that today is the only thing we control. Mike talks about his rough year and Robbie takes you back to rehab in an effort to keep our training and moods on pace.
