In today’s podcast episode, I’m joined by Chelsea Leyland, the co-founder of Looni, a new menstrual health product and platform dedicated to elevating the menstrual cycle and democratizing body literacy.

The closed dialogue around menstrual cycles has led so many women to struggle in silence. The conversation needs to be opened with a new approach and that’s what Chelsea has set out to do. Chelsea ventured into the menstrual health and wellness space after years of suffering with debilitating endometriosis and by sharing her experience, she’s helped opened up the conversation for more women to join.

In this episode we discuss:

  • Chelsea’s journey navigating endometriosis
  • Medical gaslighting during diagnosis for endometriosis
  • Chelsea’s desire to help other women and making that vision a reality
  • Learning more about Looni and everything it has to offer
  • Experiences with pregnancy loss and the healing process
  • The power of vulnerability and community
