In today's episode, Emily is asking, "how do you show up when things are less than ideal?" The true testament of strength is in the difficult moments of life. The moments when you want to give up. It’s not when your routine is perfect and you’re kicking ass. What do you do in moments of failure or when you miss the mark? How do you show up on your bad days? How do you respond to life throwing you a curve ball? If you’re not showing up for yourself on the hard or bad days, you can’t expect to reach the goals you have set for yourself. On those days, you still need to aim for excellence. Even just 1% better than yesterday is better than nothing. Look for the smallest way you can make your day just 1% better. One bad moment does not equal a bad day. It is your decision to allow it to become a bad day. Let that moment be temporary, process it and move on. That’s today’s message.
