Yep, we're going to talk about dinner at lunch! Geez, do you food much Amber?! Yes, yes I do. I have learned that it is important to be excited about your meals. If you are thinking and feeling badly and dreading your "diet" food, you will quickly grab that doughnut or other not so great snack. On the flip side of that, if you are in a state of excitement and happiness about your upcoming meals you will find it easier to stay on track with your food choices.
