If you've been trying to fix all the flaws to get that perfect body... then it's time to really connect back to your body and to yourself. Spoiler alert, we will never be flawless.
Instead, slow down, see your body as a beautiful vessel that The Divine created for your soul... and listen to what it's guiding you to.
