Okay, I like NEVER do this – but this week I’m releasing ANOTHER podcast which is the last of the Q&A. Part 3 is HERE mama-bear! Here are 3 reasons why you should listen: 1. It’ll show you that you’re not alone. Actually, one question is about how to deal with loneliness while TTC, so if you’ve been feelin’ isolated and “WTF – am I the only one?” – then it’s def worth a listen. 2. Just listening will strengthen your mind and body connection. Us women tend to take on 100% responsibility for how the journey is going (which is A LOT of unnecessary pressure on the body) and you’re actually going to learn how to let go of needing all the control and trust that the Universe actually wants to take on a lot of the responsibility. 3. You might surprise yourself. Sometimes I think I have no questions – like, “I’m fine. Sa’ll good…” and then I listen to a Q&A and I’m like, “YES! THAT question! I didn’t even know I had that question running on loop in the back on my mind for too damn long!” SO gorgeous, enjoy the last and final Q&A podcast at your leisure!
