Episode 25 is here and it was one of our most informative yet. This week the public firing of nutrition specialists Perfecting Athletes, by Joanna Jedrzejczyk, made the rounds in the MMA/sports news cycle. While the group has become influential in the sport, there are many within the industry that question their qualifications.

Two individuals in the strength training field have had negative interactions with Perfecting Athletes. And they are co-host Phil Daru, and show regular Tony Ricci. The pair, along with co-host Jason Burgos, took to dissecting some of the practices of this group, while also revealing inside stories on the experiences they have had with them.

It was an informative expose on a well-known entity in the sport, by two of the top minds in the strength training and nutrition business.
