Episode 29 is here and it is an all-new, all "Ask Daru" episode. Along with listener questions on preparing athletes for maximum weight-lifting, and how much Phil Daru gets involved in his athletes nutrition programs, the ATT strength coach also wanted to speak on a few key topics related to strength training for combat sports.
