This week's guest on Trail Angels is Tamala Shaw. She is an author and Co-Dependent Recovery Coach! Mark and Annette had an enlightening conversation with Tamala.

Tamala was diagnosed with Co-Dependency over a decade ago. She was in therapy because her life was spiraling out of control and at the forefront. At the time, Tamala didn't know anything about Co-Dependency. At the time, Tamala didn't know anything about Co-Dependency, started reading books, searched the web, and found a Co-Dependency Anonymous meeting. In search of healing, Tamala came to know herself at a deeper level and has made it her mission to teach life lessons, to give a more holistic look at co-dependency recovery.

Tamala co-authored the book "God Turned Mommy's Wine into Water" with my mom (sold @ amazon.com, Barnes and Noble, and www.Gr8Essentials.com) and hosts a podcast about co-dependency, named "The Co-Dependent Me Podcast"!

We touch on the topics of boundaries, 12 Steps, Narcissism, Addiction, Recovery, self-love, and much more.

You may be surprised when you learn about the Five Characteristics of a Co-Dependent person as well as tips on how to live a more balanced life.
