This is again taken from my other show in which I explain a way of eating that I've followed for a number of years. It basically combines the Paleo Diet along with Intermittent Fasting and how you can utilize both for bodybuilding/aesthetic goals. This is solely a tool in the toolbox that can be useful for busy individuals who are seeking a slight caloric deficit. This is not recommended as a long term diet. This information is purely educational. Please consult your doctor prior to any dietary change.
