DMX and the work it takes to identify, acknowledge and accept your true shadow self. I will break down what your shadow self is and how to do what is called “shadow work”. It’s a discussion around authenticity and showing up as you are without being wrapped up in how your true self will be received by the masses. I share how I recently had to deal with my own shadow self and do the work it takes to heal.
