I know you might think I am not taking my own advice with this episode but just listen, Linda! I was so hurt by some of the commentary on social media that I felt compelled to drop an episode, reminding us of who we were, where we've come from and how we need to be when in community with one another.
Growth can sometimes allow us to forget our journey and when we forget where we've come from, we find it easy to judge those who are sitting in seats we used to occupy. Maybe we never occupied those seats so we don't understand the view. Whatever the reason, humility, compassion and grace are potent ways of being!
In this episode, I talk about what it's like to truly heal and grow and how we can be better to others as we are being kind to ourselves. I share tips on how I use my growth to navigate long-term relationships and offer tips on how you can do the same.
I truly hope you'll find value in this episode and if you do, I hope you will share it! As always, subscribe and leave a review and if you're in ATL , feel fee to check out my juice company, G Ann's Juices serving Cobb, Hiram and Fulton. Our website is www.gannsjuices.com
I love you all so much!
