A very necessary element of any healing journey is boundaries and today, Shanta and Tiffany discuss them- the different kinds, what they look like and how to start setting some in your own life. Boundaries, as defined by Berkeley are the limits and rules we set for ourselves within relationships. Boundaries help each person figure out where one person ends and the other begins and help to define what you are comfortable with and how you would like to be treated by others.
