Often mistaken for mere worry, health anxiety is a debilitating mental health problem that can shroud your everyday life in fear. In this solo episode I break down what health anxiety is, how you can recognise the signs and I discuss how OCD and health anxiety can overlap. If you're facing these fears yourself or supporting someone who is, this episode aims to equip you with the knowledge and tools required to step out of the shadow of health-related anxiety and into a life where you are in control.
