The energy of peak summer is upon us.
It's been HOT and the speed of the everything-all-at-onceness with all the plants coming in, the quickening energy of social time, long days, short nights, holidays, travel, adventures, and so much more.
How can you better navigate all these energies by connecting with the plants and your own body?
Today I'm offering a glimpse into three different summer themed episodes to support you in this season.
First, I share an invitation to slow down to the rhythm of your womb, to really tune into what phase of your cycle you're in and to orient yourself to your body time as a counterbalance to the quickening of summer.
Second, you'll hear about some plant allies that can help you cool off in the summer heat, with some insights into working with some of my absolute faves like California poppy (Eschscholzia californica) and the beach rose (Rosa rugosa) among others.
And finally, you'll get a little immersion into the power and convenience of vinegar medicine. And how food as medicine is one of the best ways to be sure you're both preserving your harvests and actually taking your herbs!
I'm excited for you to hear all of these snippets.
