Frances is back with Vanessa Fierstadt, a fellow LMFT who joined the show last week to talk about grief and loss. With so much great feedback and many more areas to delve into, Frances and Vanessa wanted to spend another episode on the topic, including the what grief and loss looks and feels like, how it relates to death, divorce, breakups, significant life changes, suicide, loss of pregnancy, loss of pets, etc. and how to cope. You’ll hear Part Two of Vanessa’s story about finding love after a great loss and how doing the difficult work of processing grief can lead to a more fulfilling life experience. Resources included at the end. As always, thank you for listening!
