In the 83rd episode of the Historic Performance Podcast, I interview Joseph Aratari. Joseph is the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at Penfield High School & New York State Director for the National High School Strength Coaches Association (NHSSCA).
Joseph graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology (Brockport State) & Criminal Justice (Plattsburgh State). While at Plattsburgh State, he played four years of college soccer. In addition to his role at Penfield, Joseph is a Performance Coach & Director of Operations at Next Level Rochester, a premier sports performance facility located in Fairport, New York.
In this episode, Joseph talks about building a high school strength & conditioning culture, his role as the NHSSCA New York State Director, and how he sees high school strength & conditioning growing in the Northeast.
