Diagnostics play a critical role in healthcare. Predicting and preventing diseases early can reduce healthcare costs, reduce emotional stress, and improve precision care and medicine. The future of diagnostics lies at the intersection of good governance, innovation, social impact, and humanity.
The global Digital Diagnostics market size was valued at USD 458.57 million in 2021-2022 and is expected to expand at a CAGR of 26.23% during the forecast period, reaching USD 1855.5 million by 2030.
In this episode, I am in conversation with Thierry Bernard, Chief Executive Officer at Qiagen. We discuss the importance of good diagnostics in our lives and the power of R&D and products that can be launched at an accelerated rate to transform lives and sometimes save lives. Thierry shares his excitement about his vision of making diagnostic kits accessible, affordable, and innovative by harnessing emerging technologies.
He shares that, Qiagen has created an ecosystem where technology is part of each person's DNA and has been seamlessly integrated into the art of making products by launching a university focused on AI education, as he firmly believes that one has to walk the talk and it starts with education and all inclusive integrated knowledge-based talent management.
While we share our passion for creating products for the public good, Thierry enforces that we need empathy, inclusivity, and good partnerships to excel in healthcare.
