We hear it everyday in our offices: after a client shares the things they are struggling with, they inevitably say "But so many other people have it worse than I do... I should just suck it up and be more grateful."

Today we get honest about the fact that this is NOT true! You can have the house and the partner and the kids and the van... and the things that are hard in your life STILL count.

We hope you enjoy listening to this OG episode of Honest Women - it's literally the first one we ever recorded, and it's still one of our favorites!

If you liked this, you might also like this oldie but goodie, especially as we head into the summer: Facing Our Body Insecurities (During Swimsuit Season!): How the Pressure to Look a Certain Way, Effortlessly, Impacts Us All (May 31, 2023)
