In our continuing series on Masters Athletes, we are looking at hydration concerns. We discuss the various physiological impacts of aging and how exercise and performance may be compromised as a result of poor attention to hydration strategies. We also discuss the benefits of sweat rate testing and sweat sodium concentration testing.
